Miranda Winters : Founder / Executive Producer

Miranda Winters is an award-winning film & television director/writer/producer, and owner of Los Angeles based Winters Rock Entertainment. She is known for producing thought provoking and cinematically stunning non-fiction content that focuses on the motivations and boundaries of the human spirit. Her work spans from the unforgiving streets of Los Angeles, California (Letters to Liam, We Can’t Breathe), to the massive waves of Nazaré, Portugal & Maui, Hawaii (The 100 Foot Wave, Red Chargers, Chasing Monsters), and to the cliffs of Dashanbo, China & Chamonix, France (Modern Explorers, 30//10 Challenge) providing audiences with a behind the scenes look at some of the most tight-knit and seldom seen communities on the planet. Rayna Zemel : Music DIRECTOR / PRODUCER

Rayna Zemel is a music producer, composer, programmer, and Ableton Live Playback operator.  She has toured across the globe with high profile clients including Logic, Lana Del Rey, Dua Lipa, Lil’ Wayne, Pentatonix, Kiesza, and Troye Sivan. Prior to her touring career, she worked with Paramount Recording Studios, Atlantic Records, and The Los Angeles Recording School, all the while independently producing indie artists and collaborating with other producers.


As a composer, Rayna's music has been featured in Bad Moms, Life of the Party, Blacklisted, Viceland, Empire, and more. She is currently completing the score for Liftoff: Beyond the Edge  an adventure series slated for release in 2019.

Nicholas McCarthy : Producer / Director of Photography

Nicholas McCarthy is an editor, cinematographer, and executive assistant whose work focuses on hard-hitting documentary films and television series. As the Executive Assistant at Winters Rock Entertainment, Nick works directly with the award-winning creative team of Miranda Winters and Rocky Romano. His responsibilities include all aspects of content creation from pre-production through project delivery. Before devoting his work fulltime to entertainment, Nick graduated from Georgetown University (‘19) with a degree in Government, and had worked with California Assemblymember Al Muratsuchi and Strauss Media Strategies.

From 2015-2019, he has worked at Geiger Post Production and has credits on the BET Awards, BET Presents: An Obama Celebration, and the Emmy Award-winning Live in Front of a Studio Audience. His current projects include the television series Red Chargers (2022), the documentary film Letters to Liam (2022), and with Pilgrim Media Group & Lionsgate along with Executive Producer Chris Smith (Tiger King, Operation Varsity Blues - The College Admissions Scandal, The 100 Foot Wave) Be Prepared - The Rise & Fall of The Boy Scouts of America and Pursuit of Flight.

Analis Martin: Producer

Analis Martin is an executive associate, assistant editor, and cinematographer whose work focuses on hard-hitting documentary films and television series. Working closely with the award-winning creative team of Rocky Romano & Miranda Winters, her responsibilities at Winters Rock Entertainment include all aspects of content creation from pre-production through project delivery. She is a graduate from Chapman University (20’) with a major in Film Production (cinematography emphasis), and a minor in Japanese Studies.  Analis previously worked as a media intern for 350PDX, photographing, recording, and showcasing climate justice movements across Portland, Oregon and neighboring communities. She also worked as a camera production assistant on the action adventure comedy feature, The Lost City starring Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum. 

Analis has worked on several WRE projects including; Red Chargers, Letters to Liam, and short films Storm and We Can’t Breathe. She is also currently developing several projects with Pilgrim Media Group and Lionsgate, along with executive producer Chris Smith (Tiger King, Operation Varsity Blues - The College Admissions Scandal, The 100 Foot Wave) on “Be Prepared - The Rise & Fall Of The Boy Scouts of America,” and “The Pursuit of Flight.”
